Project Manager/Continuous Improvement Lead (Engineering)

Position Summary
Thales requires a Project Manager/Continuous Improvement Lead (CIL). As a PM/CIL, you will carry out an integral role, responsible for the delivery of the assigned project, its business rhythm and all associated governance aspects in order to ensure successful project execution. The role will demand an individual with highly developed communication and influencing skills and an equal depth of domain experience that can ensure Thales prioritizes and delivers continuous improvement initiatives to the schedule, cost and quality requirements and to the satisfaction of the customer.
The Project Manager/Continuous Improvement Lead will both manage a prioritized backlog continuous improvement initiative and manage prioritized improvement initiatives. Daily activities include producing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and regular status reports for the customer and Thales internal management. The CIL will engage with various stakeholders within the Thales matrix organization and within the customer community on the project.

Type of Role: Hybrid (Home/Office) – flexibility to work from home, but expected to be in office as required to support the business.

Travel: As required primarily within Canada

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC): 116,102.86 - 149,818.13 - 197,817.78 CAD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee's career path history, competencies, skills, and performance, as well as the company's annual salary budget, the customer's program requirements, and the company's internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, state, or federal law.
