This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent and communicate the value proposition of integrating Microsoft Dynamics Sales with other business systems such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation;
  • Solution selling using Microsoft Dynamics offerings to address business requirements effectively;
  • Manage the sales cycle by configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics licensing opportunities, including but not limited to leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices;
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business. Initiate contact to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities;
  • Follow up with prospects to review proposed solutions and pricing, determine project start dates, and obtain signed contracts;
  • Oversee the proposal generation process. Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making process, and promptly resolve objections to close sales quickly. Consult with prospects and clients to assess their business needs;
  • Introduce Ingram Micro solutions and strategy to prospects;
  • Onboard new partners and existing partners to the Ingram Micro Dynamics business;
  • Drive Net new customer adds to existing partner base;
  • Educate and support other Ingram Micro employees in the Dynamics space to help close business;
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships for an assigned group of reseller accounts that may include major strategic resellers within a geographic or industry focus;
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with resellers;
  • Responsible for hosting and delivering webinars to partners;
  • May travel up to 10% (which includes, Canada and US travel) However, mainly GTA travel.

What you bring to the role:

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field);
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience and must be a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist;
  • Experience effectively selling Microsoft Dynamics and assisting partners with enablement and building their own successful practice;
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and organized;
  • Being Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) is an asset;
  • Being Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) is an asset;
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
